Privacy Policy

Ice (Android package com.gbtech.ice) is a management app for ice block factories, published by Getbega Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information.

Ice is a business tool used by the owners and staff of a business. Accounts are created by that business's administrator, not through sign-up in the app. It is not intended for children.

Your account. Your email address and password, used to sign you in. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. You may also add your name and phone number to your profile.

Business records. The information the app exists to manage, entered by you or your colleagues: the business and its factories (names, addresses, phone numbers and GST/tax IDs); clients and sub-clients (names, phone numbers, addresses and tax IDs); suppliers and vehicle registration numbers; and orders, stock movements, prices, payments, bills, statements and notes.

An activity record. Which user made each change, and when, so a business can see who did what.

Ice does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Only to provide the app to your business: signing you in, storing and showing your business records, enforcing what each role in the business may do, and producing the statements and bills you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Data is stored in a cloud database operated by Supabase, Inc., which hosts the service for us. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Each business's records can be seen only by members of that business, according to their role.

We share information only with Supabase, to host the service, or where the law requires it. When you share or print a statement or bill from the app, it goes wherever you choose to send it.

Business records are kept while the business uses Ice, because they are financial records the business relies on. When a business stops using Ice, or asks us to, we delete its records.

To delete your account, or a business and all of its records, ask your business administrator, or email info@getbega.in from the address you sign in with. We complete deletions within 30 days. Records a business is legally required to keep may be retained for that period.

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
